Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

HomeTeam Connect offers paid subscriptions to real estate agents ("Realtors") and mortgage loan originators ("Loan Officers"). Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@myhometeamconnect.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. You retain access to paid features until that period ends.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you choose not to use after billing.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in cases of duplicate charges, demonstrable billing errors, or extended service outages that materially prevented use of the Platform. Refund requests on these grounds must be submitted to hello@myhometeamconnect.com within 30 days of the charge.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, you will not be charged during that period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the then-current price. Charges made after a trial converts are subject to this Refund Policy.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concern. Accounts associated with fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be suspended.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
